People in North Cornwall often ask me to help them access affordable housing which is safe, secure and warm. This is why I met with Homes for the South West in Parliament this week, a leading coalition of 11 of the largest Housing Associations in South West England, to discuss ways we can work together to ensure that there are more good quality, affordable homes available for local residents.
The South West is a key part ‘levelling up’ agenda. Access to affordable housing in North Cornwall is a priority for me and I am committed to making sure that our region receives its fair share of investment. I will continue to work with Homes for the South West to support these aims.
