Conservative Party Chairman Patrick McLoughlin has endorsed Parliamentary Candidate Scott Mann as a "great voice for Cornwall" during a recent visit to Bude.
Scott is standing for re-election to be Member of Parliament for North Cornwall after already serving two years between May 2015 and May 2017, and during a campaign day in Bude, the Party Chairman joined Scott on the doorstep to meet residents and discuss local and national issues.
Endorsing Scott as Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for North Cornwall, Patrick McLoughlin said:
"Scott Mann has been an excellent Member of Parliament over the past two years and I very much hope he is returned to Parliament in just three weeks time.
"He is really set to be a great voice for Cornwall and his constituents, so please use your vote on June 8th and vote for Scott."
Both Scott Mann and Patrick McLoughlin come from working-class backgrounds. Before becoming an MP, Scott was a postman for 20 years, whilst the Party Chairman worked as a miner in Staffordshire before entering politics.
