The People’s Health Trust is looking to support local groups with their ideas to boost local communities across the UK and have opened Active Communities in North Cornwall. I know there are many worthwhile groups in North Cornwall who would benefit from this scheme.
Active Communities is a funding programme for community groups and not-for-profit organisations, with an income of less than £350,000 a year or an average of £350,000 over two years, seeking investment of between £5,000 and £50,000 for projects lasting up to two years. They are looking for local projects to support for this coming year.
The People’s Health Trust is looking for small and local projects, genuinely designed and run by local people.
